Additionally, the platform offers links to instructional materials for each exercise, including videos, photographs, and detailed descriptions to ensure proper form and technique, thereby reducing the risk of injury. Athlink supports both individual customization and the ability to have coaches or personal trainers develop and assign tailored workout plans. This flexibility facilitates goal-oriented training aimed at improving performance and fitness levels.

The web portal is provided free of charge for coaches, personal trainers, and physical therapists. Athletes can register accounts and subscribe for $2.99 per month via the web portal; no in-app purchases are required or offered. Subscriptions are cancellable at any time through the athlete's account settings on the portal. Refunds are not offered for unused subscription periods.
